Next issue is #700 (even though I think of New Avengers #1-64 as separate) and we're supposed to get a new member, I thought it was Domino, but that may not be the case. I think going by the upcoming covers we'll see Panther has a support team, where Wasp is part of the group along with Odin and Ka-Zar. Not sure if besides the Wasp if they will have any type of status.

I'm not reading anything by Aaron these days, so I don't have much reason to respond, except for this:

Is there actually a possibility that ODIN may join the modern day, Jarvis-butlered Avengers?

Ka-Zar could be fun, especially if Zabu is by his side. But Odin is beyond ridiculous. I mean, there's ridiculous, and then there's RIDICULOUS.

But I think we'll see more of the Wasp, and maybe that's because what they are doing with Namor, the US Government wants Captain America to put back together the Invaders to talk some sense into Namor and if need be stop him, by any means. So I think Cap will be leaving the group.

By Wasp you mean Janet?

I would send the Wasp to get Namor. In a tiny submarine. Seriously. He'd never see her coming. She'd pilot the submarine into the Sub-Mariner's ear and knock him unconscious from inside his skull. Game over.

Why is Deadpool disliked for being part of Hydra Avengers but seems Cap and Thor seem to get a free pass?

Deadpool killed Coulson. Because he actually believed CAPTAIN AMERICA would ask him to do that.

I always thought it would be interesting for an Avenger if the need arises to name their own team, who they think would make a good team.

I agree. We sort of saw Iron Man do that with Force Works back in the day and we saw Hawkeye do it with the West Coast Avengers. What would Thor's team look like? How about the Wasp's? Captain Marvel's? She-Hulk's? The Black Panther's? The Black Widow's?

The most burning question, of course, is whether any of them would pick Thundra.

It's a two-way street, however. It's a question not only of what heroes the selecting Avenger would pick but also whether those particular heroes would be willing to join the selecting Avenger.

Yes, I meant Janet, its her on the cover of #703 and I think she goes on a mission. T'Challa mentions his operatives in #698 so maybe the characters on 703 are his operatives.
