Use the most traditional 616 iteration of each character in your mind, NOT the (relatively) inexperienced version when the character first joined the team nor an unusual powered-up or depowered version. The character however has to be the incarnation of the character specified, so Dick Grayson is still Robin, not Nightwing, Sam Wilson is Captain America, not Falcon, etc.

Avengers (1963): Thor (Odinson), Hulk (Bruce Banner), Iron Man (Tony Stark), Ant-Man (Hank Pym), Wasp (Janet Van Dyne)
vs.
Avengers (2017): Thor (Jane Foster), Hercules, Vision, Captain America (Sam Wilson), Wasp (Nadia Pym)

Champions (1975): Hercules, Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze), Iceman, Angel, Black Widow
vs.
Champions (2017): Hulk (Amadeus Cho), Viv, Nova (Sam Alexander), Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan)

Guardians of the Galaxy (1969): Starhawk, Major Vance Astro, Charlie-27, Martinex, Yondu
vs.
Guardians of the Galaxy (2013): Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Star-Lord (Peter Quill)

Justice League (1960): Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Martian Manhunter, Flash (Barry Allen), Aquaman, Batman (Bruce Wayne)
vs.
Justice League (1987): Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson), Captain Marvel (Billy Batson), Green Lantern (Guy Gardner), Doctor Light (Kimiyo Hoshi), Black Canary, Mister Miracle (Scott Free), Blue Beetle

Teen Titans (1970): Kid Flash (Wally West), Wonder Girl (Donna Troy), Hawk (Hank Hall), Dove (Don Hall), Robin (Dick Grayson), Speedy (Roy Harper), Lilith Clay
vs.
Teen Titans (2003): Kid Flash (Bart Allen), Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandmark), Superboy (Kon-El), Starfire, Robin (Tim Drake), Cyborg, Beast Boy

X-Men (1963): Marvel Girl (Jean Grey), Iceman, Cyclops, Angel, Beast
vs.
X-Men (1980): Storm, Colossus, Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler

Avengers (1963): Thor (Odinson), Hulk (Bruce Banner), Iron Man (Tony Stark), Ant-Man (Hank Pym), Wasp (Janet Van Dyne)
vs.
Avengers (2017): Thor (Jane Foster), Hercules, Vision, Captain America (Sam Wilson), Wasp (Nadia Pym)

Look, Janet beats Nadia, Thor vs. Thor is good, with Mjolnir helping Jane and the real Thor having a skill and experience advantage, Hulk vs. Herc is even...so it comes down to rules interpretation.

If by incarnation you mean Tony Stark is Iron man, but at a 'typical' Iron Man level (since at least the early 70's, every armor upgrade looks impressive initially, but still seems to be one step below top tiers across the board) or if you mean incarnation being that particular set of armor.

When I'm considering Hank Pym, I'm considering him as Ant Man only, before he started growing enough to call himself Giant Man...so he loses to Sam, and that armor of starks loses to Vision,

Meaning 2017 wins...if you're thinking Pym is more likely to use growing and shrinking effectively AND that Iron Man functions about like his armor did through the 80's and 90's, it probably tilts the other way.

Champions (1975): Hercules, Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze), Iceman, Angel, Black Widow
vs.
Champions (2017): Hulk (Amadeus Cho), Viv, Nova (Sam Alexander), Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan)

I think this is a very good fight...edge to 1975 because of skill and tactics, but I could be swayed.

Guardians of the Galaxy (1969): Starhawk, Major Vance Astro, Charlie-27, Martinex, Yondu
vs.
Guardians of the Galaxy (2013): Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Star-Lord (Peter Quill)

Edge to 2013

Justice League (1960): Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Martian Manhunter, Flash (Barry Allen), Aquaman, Batman (Bruce Wayne)
vs.
Justice League (1987): Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson), Captain Marvel (Billy Batson), Green Lantern (Guy Gardner), Doctor Light (Kimiyo Hoshi), Black Canary, Mister Miracle (Scott Free), Blue Beetle

BRAUGI: I'm assuming since your definition that we're not making this a pre crisis vs. post crisis fight.

Still, I think 1960 has more depth...if you say Superman vs. CM, Hal vs. Guy, Kimyo vs. WW, Dr. Fate vs. MM, you still have Flash, Aquaman, and Batman vs. BC, MM, and Blue Beetle, and I think the significant edge goes to the older team there, and that tips it in their favor overall

Teen Titans (1970): Kid Flash (Wally West), Wonder Girl (Donna Troy), Hawk (Hank Hall), Dove (Don Hall), Robin (Dick Grayson), Speedy (Roy Harper), Lilith Clay
vs.
Teen Titans (2003): Kid Flash (Bart Allen), Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandmark), Superboy (Kon-El), Starfire, Robin (Tim Drake), Cyborg, Beast Boy

I think Bart was better as Kid Flash than Wally ever showed (before Wally became the Flash), but Donna beats Cassie, but other than that, I think 2003 has the advantage...

X-Men (1963): Marvel Girl (Jean Grey), Iceman, Cyclops, Angel, Beast
vs.
X-Men (1980): Storm, Colossus, Wolverine, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler

BRAUGI: when was the last time Jean was called Marvel Girl...as MG I don't recall her being THAT impressive....meaning the fight goes to 1980
