Doom'so Mother? I was kind of thinking that it would turn out to be Morgana LA Fay, but it doesn't sound like they went that way. How was Mephisto Presented? Was he powerful here? I also thought that Strange had lost most of his powers. At least the art here looks good. It doesn't sound like this series really changed anything for Doom.

How was Mephisto presented? With the worst dialog ever, in my opinion. Just the worst garbage, like he was some current teen narrating the battle and what he felt, talking to "us" while the fight happened in the background. I've tried to give Bendis the benefit of the doubt, as overall his recent writing has been pretty decent, but this issue makes me think he is a complete idiot if he thinks this is how Mephisto talks.

A couple samples of his dialog:

"Oh, blow it out your #@%, Vic"

"As the great Henry Hill used to say, Pul-lease!"

"He's such a sanctimonious weirdo, right?"

"Listen, fights at this level, like good checkers or the end of Kill Bill Volume 2, are not laborious battles that go on and on."
