Kraven's return was a bad idea. making a NEW hunter type character would be the better path.

I think many of the ones revived by the Hood were killed off again by the Punisher. Again, just put new faces in the masks.

Forgot about Egghead returning, I presume the one that perished was an LMD or clone?

Porcupine: yeah I remember him. They passed the suit to another which was fine.

Then of course there is all the times the Red Skull cheated death. After he was defeated when Cap "came back from the dead/time displacement", I think the intent was for him to be truly dead. Then comes a clone of him created in 1943 that was in hibernation for decades who decided to kill mutants and steal the power of Charles Xavier. Here is hoping Captain Stevil did indeed kill him. The Red Skull as a villain is played out and he should be done for good. Yes he is the penultimate ratzi and thus is Cap's arch enemy but enough already. Leave a few legacy plans to carry on in his name but don't revive him again.

Now they did retcon the Skull from the old timely days and stated that the 50's Red Skull was someone else but he was long ago killed by Scourge.

As to Mar-Vell, should be finally be brought back by the cowards at Marvel, that would be a bit of a shocker. Inevitable? No. Given their reluctance to revive him all these years.

What's strange is that there was a requirement for their resurrections to become permanent, but that was ignored. They were supposed to have killed Punisher within a month or they'd go back to Hell. This didn't happen, obviously. So, they really shouldn't be around.

Basilisk: Alive. And I'm very grateful! Dunno why, but I've always liked the guy.
Bird-Man: Alive.
Black Abbott: Alive.
The Fly: Alive.
Gamecock: Still alive, because that Scourge failed, and Red Skull killed that Scourge.
Letha: Alive.
Lionfang: Alive.
Matador (Eloganto): Alive.
Phone Ranger: Alive. WHY?!?!
Steel Wind: Alive. Scourge failed.
Titania/Lascivious: Alive.
Turner D Century: Alive.

Those who died again:
Blue Streak: By Henry Russo.
Cheetah: By Punisher.
Cyclone: By Punisher.
Death Adder: By Venom.
Hijacker: By Venom.
Megatak: By Toxin.
Mind-Wave: By Punisher.
Mirage: By Boomerang.
Ringer: Dead again, but it was sort of a natural death.

Those not even worthy to be included by The Hood:
Blowtorch Brand
Enforcer
Grappler (and still nameless)
Hate-Monger (Psycho-Man construct)
Hellrazor
Jaguar
Melter's assistant, Keegan
Red Skull (Malik)
Shellshock
Steeplejack
Vamp
Wrench
