Until I came to this board just now, I had no idea the whole Skrull debate wsa even going on. When I read the issue today, and she died, I just thought she turned into a corpse. Like she might have looked before the Hand revived her. I thought for some reason that spell or whatever it is just wore off upon death, and that any bodily upgrades done post-death (the first death) would be undone. I didn't even get that she is a skrull...

Are we sure thats a skrull, and not just a regular ol' human corpse?

hmmm...I must have somehow missed the blood and ears. And I just thought she looked grey. Well, I like the Skrull thing a lot better than her just being a regular human corpse anyway.

This seems odd but I just read an old back issue of Hercules Prince of Power (circa 1984) a charicter called Red Wolf killed people revealing to everyone that they had been Skrulls. Pick up New Avengers #31 and it was a variation on the old theme.

For more on that theme, see my post below.

That was also pretty much the theme of ROM, The spaceknight. Nothing is new under the sun!
