First, I think this Skrull reveal is possibly a great idea and I think it can produce a lot of crazy fun. Here were a few thoughts that popped in my head when I read the issue and now having read the Bendis interview on Newsarama.
Wong: Why aren't you breast-feeding your baby?
Jessica Jones: Skrulls don't lactate, dummy.
Jessica is the Skrull. She got Luke to settle down from his 1970s Sweet Christmas days, join the Avengers, and ultimately end up leading them.
Clint Barton, Skrull or no? I'll say no, too obvious, but maybe the doofus that died in Disassembled was one.
Sentry, a powerful hero that no one has heard of and only Reed Richards vouches for him. Could the experiments done by the Skrulls in Illuminati #1 on the Illuminati have produced a new type of Super Skrull that mimics the powers of the Illuminati? Is Reed also a Skrull plant? Stark suspects Sentry and includes him on Mighty Avengers to keep his most powerful enemy close to him.
Tony Stark, the ultimate hero. It seems clear he'll prove to be the main hero of this storyline, trying his best to organize the heroes to fight the Skrulls but failing at times, because he has no idea who he can actually trust.
Cap. I'll say he isn't a Skrull but will be brought back to life somewhere in the storyline to aid Tony. With a new Thor series starting later in the year, he'll probably prove to be an ally for Tony too down the road.
These types of thoughts are just the tip of the iceberg and may all prove wrong, but that's half the fun.
Finally, Will Operation: Galactic Storm be brought in to this storyline? We'll have to wait and see.
