Subj: Why isn't Hank Pym an obvious Skrull candidate?

Reply Subj: Is it all about balloons now? [SPOILERS]

The biggest reason to me is one external to the comics--Marvel apparently is considering an Ant-Man movie with Hank Pym as a major character. It might be a good idea to erase some of Hank Pym's problems with Janet.

For in-comics reasons, at the end of Avengers Disassembled, Hank Pym appeared to be leaving superherodom for research that would benefit mankind, to try and atone for his role in creating Ultron. Yet he seemed to shift to re-engaging the superhero community, suddenly becoming in Civil War one of the big three intellects working as a team with Reed Richards and Tony Stark, to the point where Pym seems more of a confidant to Richards than even Reed's wife.

Would thought balloons attributed to Hank Pym in Mighty Avengers be enough to dismiss him as being a Skrull infiltrator? Otherwise he is exactly where a Skrull spy would want to be.

I got this speculation from another's posting to Usenet, but it seems fairly obvious to me after having read it.
