Multiple Crusaders. You talking about the Initiative one or the Hood Army one?

Oh i see. So the one that fought X-Man way back in the day (Shudders at the thought of that issue) is fighting with the hood?

Yes, both the Thor-villain and the Skrull/Intiative recruit are supposed to be white. They've mis-colored him the last two issues, which is pretty annoying, because while Skrulls can surely change their skin color, if you'd already been seen as a white guy called the Crusader, and then started running around claiming to be the same guy, but being a different color, it might hurt your trying to hide being a shape-shifting alien. The colorist probably didn't know what they were doing, and were misinformed by an editorial intern who mixed him up with the Runaways' Xavin (another friendly Skrull, who unlike Crusader, does usually appear as a Black human when posing as an Earthling.

Wait... the Crusader fought X-Man once? And here I thought I had all of his appearances. Hmm.

Ah... see, I didn't know that as I missed Kirkman's Marvel-Team-Up. \:\) Which was why I asked which Crusader you meant. My entire previous exposure to Skrull-Crusader was from his appearance in the Civil War Battle Damage Report... where, oddly enough, he appeared to be non-Caucasian in his thumbnail picture. Bet that's what the colorist saw as well, huh?

Yeah X-man fought the Crusader in issue 48.

Do yourself a favour, and DON'T pick it up

That bad, eh? It seems like X-Man had a habit of fighting some of my favorite obscure baddies though. First Hybrid (From ROM), now Crusader. Pity the story didn't seem to work.

That bad. The appearance made no sense. Just like the rest of the middle of the X-man run, with random appearances of people with no build up, and no long lasting ramifications.
