I recently picked up and finished (re)reading Avengers: Illuminati HC.

Specifically, #4 --- Noh-Varr, the Marvel Boy, who attempted to conquer Earth is being groomed to become the new Captain Marvel. Could it be that the Captain Marvel appearing in the current mini-series is actually Noh-Varr????

Hmmmm. What does everyone else think?
