3. Aliens will investigate human advancements(StarTrek:First Contact)
4. Women and minority characters get the spotlight(Panther+Danvers)
5. Successfull films come from sticking to the source material
6. An expanding universe is more viable than 4/5 tentpoles.

If it was the 12 rings maybe they would be Zodiac... 10 rings indicates the Mandarin.

Nice layout of ideas but I like just 4-5 tent poles i.e. fewer heroes in own movies and overall, but more and better villians. I would like to see a Black Panther\ Man-Ape story and Ms Marvel all the others I think should be invoved in the main characters movies.

Overall you are just too optimistic and your ideas are too advanced. For example, Valkyrie isn't going to get a movie.

With Thor 2 being released in November, I'll assume that Marvel likes the idea of releaseing movies in the fall as well. Feige has talked about wanting to fit in 4 movies every year so they are going to have to start branching out to other months. With Captain America 2 being set for April, it's clear that they are also willing to move forward in the summer months.

Feige has also stated that their next goal is to launch a non-Avengers related property, the most likely of those candidates being Iron Fist, Dr. Strange, or Guardians of the Galaxy. Given that Thanos was in the Avengers movie, it's clear they want to establish some kind of cosmic prescence in their movies.
