I really wish Ice-Man would be one to take that step.

He's a total team player
He's been a Champion
..........a Defender
............Teamed up with the Torch for a while
............He's got tons of experience
............His powers are so versitle and unique
............Plus he's got the right mind set...(I.E. Not a killer)

Not to mention, I think he'd look good in the line up.
The team they picked for Uncanny Avengers looks terrible (IMO) together.
