So In new Avengers number 30 Emma in being transpoted to a prison because she's under arrest for all the crap shes pulled. So my first question is how much is Emma actually responsible for her actions while under the infulence of the Pheonix?

Also Luke Cage decides to quit the Avengers because he feels like its unfair to be risking his life with a baby daughter at home? Is this the right choice? And if so, couldn't you then argue that cops, firemen, and soldiers should not have kids or find different lines of work?
