I would like to know what exactly is going on?

Several Batman Elseworlds universes appear to be back and it is getting harder to tell what is in continuity and out of continuity as apparently the entire DC continuity is unraveling.

Okay, this is getting weird. The Killing Joke was never supposed to happen? The future where the Teen Titans become evil, take over the world and Robin III is the new Batman apparently is on its way to becoming reality? The origins of the superheroes are unraveling? Not to mention all the new crazy stuff on the Batman and Detective Comics which really do look like Elseworlds tales.
