Two-Face doesn't seem to kill that often. I recently took out the ProdigalTPB because of Two-Face, and he does kill one of his henchmen by hanging him. That was pretty cool, the henchman was annoying anyway. I knew that was coming. In the same TPB, him and his crew massacre a number of lawyers, but it seems like it was mostly his crew that did it, and NOT old Harvey himself. So he has this huge reputation as a notorious mass murderer on the same scale as the Joker (some say.), but I really can't recall many instances of him killing. Have there been any other times, and if so when? I heard there was this time that he killed someone who offered him Batman's identity. I think this happened during No Mans Land. Does anyone have any scans? Thanks.

As he is the leader who makes all decisions about how his gang act, in what way is he NOT guilty of murder when they are carrying out his orders?

He hanged his successor in the position of Gotham DA as seen in "Robin Year 1"

Jason Todd's father

In "Face the Face" recently it's mentioned that he killed two guards and crippled a third.

He didn't seem to carry any of it out himself, it looks like he might have gunned down one or two though.

Is that even in continuity anymore?

I must have missed that part. In The Long Halloween he kills two people, but that's not really in continuity, good story though. Still, Two-Face doesn't even have a body count that's anywhere NEAR the Joker.

There's never been anything to change it. Two Face killing his father has always been part of the past of Jason Mk 2

I don't think anyone's claimed he has. He's still a mass murderer. The cases I cite are merely the ones from the stories I remember offhand. I imagine it wouldn't be hard to find others though
