Can NOT believe it!!! Batgirl narrating in what seems what should be Catwoman's indicitive notebook boxes - as she does in her soon to be lamented series...

...kidding.

The topic of discussion for this issue is really/obviously Batgirl actually stripping and how/if fandom can 'bare' it (sorry, couldn't resist). It did seem too much over the line for this sweet naive heroine as remembered in her early years. She's not your father's superheroine anymore - and probably not for young readers again despite no cover warning to the contrary. Catwoman no problem their - Batman'll want to read Babs report on that. This debatably outrageous and debatably disturbing element of the story was undoubtedly balanced by it's very entertaining and light-hearted telling.

Otherwise, it was all good:
Narratives & art, particularly the facial expressions, again!
The mention of Batman again - it is his title afterall.
The dog. The tail. The TWO fights.
The notebook, no longer just a plot device to intriguing code to crack.
The story pace and conclusion. Sure, she lives but still want to see what happens next!

Dane gets his clothes removed in Captain Britain and MI:13 #2 Prepare for the return of Looker (not naked)! By Aphrodite's navel!

Bear in mind that Barbara wasn't really "sweet and naive" to that extent. She was older than most characters of her ilk taking an identity, being in her 20's and having graduated college before she first became Batgirl (assuming that's still in place).
