Why don't characters use blinding light as a weapon? I could see characters like Sentry, Nova, Dr. Light or Pulsar producing intense light to completely disorient opponents. Has anyone ever used light in this manner?

Subject: Pulsar (Monica Rambeau) has done so on a number of occasions if IIRC. So has Dazzler. [Re: vermin] Posted Tue Aug 26, 2008 at 11:13:11 am EDT (Viewed 52 times) |

Ignoring obvious candidates like Dazzler
*Batman has used this tactic on a number of occasion - he has been able to briefly dazzle Supergirl among others.
*Thor has used lightning to Dazzle a number of opponents over the years - he used it to cover his escape in Secret wars...
*Ditto Captain Marvel. In Underworld Unleashed for an example.
*The 90s Will Payton Starman used it pretty regular and so did his Namesakes.
*Iron Man has used it on one or Two occasions via his Uni-Beam
*The Living Laser has used it too - Armour wars 2 for one example.
