This Surfer turned on Galactus and became an evil killer. He used his board as a giant blade and cut Gladiator in half. He has no compunctions about murder.

The Dark Lantern was revealed to be a hell bent Kilowog. He is physically superior to any GL and used a big scythe to cleave his opponents.

Fredd is the evil, alternate version of Genis who showed him his vast potential. He had high end cosmic awareness and massive energy projection and manipulation. He could travel inter-dimensionally as well.

Strategy:

I think Exiles Surfer has the edge on Stardust. Surfer is the most powerful and experienced of Galactus' heralds. It's a good fight but this Surfer is more vicious.

Surfer then has to face Juggernaut. Juggs can't lay a hand on a flying Surfer. Evil Norrin has all day to figure out how to win. He can manipulate the matter around him, slice him in half with his edged board, or just bfr him in several different ways. It's a horrible matchup for Cain.

Surfer now has to fight HE. It depends on how much you think the previous two fights took out of Surfer. Personally, I think the Juggs fight was a breeze and a chance to recoup from the Stardust fight. Regardless, now herald level HE has to face 3 straight brutal opponents.

Xero has a good team but these matchups are very much not in his favor.

Necromancer is a alternate reailty Dr Strange, who is more powerful but less experienced (see link). He is also more vicious than the original Dr Strange. His extra power will play out well in this instance because of the limited perp that is given. If he is having too much trouble with an opponent he can easliy BFR them.

Darkling has a powerset that is hard to deal with. The darkforce is a tar like energy that is immune to magic and most other forms of energy, as was seen in his fight with the new worriers. He also has BFR ability to the dark demension, that most will have great difficulty returning from.

Ultron is Pure Adamantium W/ molecular rearanger for joint movement (no weak Joints) almost all combatants will have a huge issue causing damage to him. He also has flight and a larg host of engergy attacks as well as being super strong and fast.

This one is easy. He has the bad characters and will be more willing to go all out than the others on the team he faces. Black Bolt will not want to be responsible for destroying another planet's city.

Necromancer is tough but IMO with no knowledge RS beats him.

Darkling then takes out RS with DF and maybe a bfr.

BB resorts to a whisper after taking damage from Darkling.

Ultron beats a tired BB.

AW is out of luck against Ultron.

Incriptus wins a good one.

Africa holds no advantage for either team.
BFR favor's Amor Fati, IMO.
Evil Surfer should defeat Stardust after a while.
In jumps Juggernaut but is BFR'd by Evil Surfer all too soon.
In jumps High Evolutionary, who finishes off evil Surfer shortly.
In jumps Dark Lantern, who gives High Evolutionary a decent fight, but loses.
In jumps Fredd, who defeats High Evolutionary after a while cause HE had to fight a somewhat weary evil Surfer, a fresh DL & a fresh Fredd.

Amor Fati for the win.

Krypton offers no battlefield advantage for either team.
BFR favors neither team as Ultron & Blackbolt both can be BFR'd under the right circumstances/matchups.
Necromancer & Red Shift fight a long and nasty battle. One that I think Red Shift BARELY wins.
Red Shift is immediately attacked by Darkling, who eliminates him in quick order.
Blackbolt comes in hard and heavy against Darkling. At some point, BB gets in a whisper and Darkling feels it but keeps up the fight. BB gets off a scream and Darkling is reeling, so Darkling BFR's BB, but Darkling is VERY worn for the effort so far.
Adam Warlock comes in and immediately beats up a very tired Darkling.
Ultron has no soul and cannot be soul-sucked, nor soul-ripped. Unfortunate matchup for Adam Warlock, cause I feel Adam would have beaten either Darkling or Necromancer. Still, Adam has a lot of fight in him, but Ultron's simply too much for him since Adam's soul gem cannot affect Ultron as desired. Ultron wins.

This is not the same (SS) of "616", this version although wicked was taken down by (Herald Sabretooth), and cannot be compared to in power to "616", who clearly is above Herald, so I believe that (SD) will be able to take him!

Evil Kilowog was made by Green Lanterns on the planet (Xudar) who had lost their power rings when Hal Jordan was possessed by Parallax. Based on Xudar, they called themselves the "Brotherhood of the Cold Flame". They tapped into arcane forces and based on the unusual nature of the Bolovax Vik afterlife, they converted the soul of Kilowog into the Dark Lantern in order to send him after Jordan. The key note here is (Arcane/Magick), so would'nt (Juggs) power protect him from (DL)'s magick, and can someone tell me (Besides reading his bio) if he had the powers of the the ring!

If (DL) is able to finish a tired (SD) and if he can (BFR) "Juggs", I honestly can't see him beat (HE), and (Fredd) won't be able to take him out! The realization and truth of these matches is that some opponents are clearly above (Herald), and to be honest (High Evolutionary) is totally underrated in comics! So, for the time being or convinced otherwise I'm chosing (Xero)!

Armor Fati wins Juggernaut get's BFR it comes down to basically 3 on 2.

*Suggest in future tournments like this there should be a rule that people have to wait like 20 mins before they can use a BFR

Harsh the order od combatants gives Incrip the win, if BB could have been reasonablly fresh against Ultron I'd say Tongan wins but no dice

I vote Xero, Juggs got a good match up for himself, and Stardust makes Surfer a hurting unit after their fight other wise i think Surfer finds a way to BFR Juggs
