I'd put him in middle, with most plain suit GLs at low end (if not a little lower).

With prep, both probably are. Without prep, neither is, and that includs the most recent version of Doom.

> Konvickt
Seems like a brick about on par with Savage Hulk IMO...that means he's probably borderline, but I won't be able to guage very well for at least a week and a half (when I plan on picking up my comics from the past few months)

Yes, but hes not at the top end
>
> Flashes
> Barry
PM typically

> Wally
often functions at a meta level, his best showings are top end herald. All in all, I'd say he's PM

> Classic Juggernaut
His durability and force feild put him into the herald category overall

> Ultraman
isn't this the evil Superman? That means he's herald

> Namor
debatable really...when wet he's got Hercules like stats plus flight and limited electricity powers that almost never show up (and puffer fish power too)....the thing is, the drying out factor counts against him, so I think he's top end PM but he will be pretty even in battle with heralds that are principally focused on hand to hand combat...like Thor, and Namor beats most of those types of heralds underwater...

Low Herald, IMO.
> Doom
Current Doom with tech/magic is low herald, IMO.
> Both with prepping
Both with considerable prep get elevated to roughly mid-herald.
>
> Konvickt
If nobody knows his secret weakness, he's certainly a high end herald, possibly teambuster as he was capable of over-matching the JLA's "B" team and towards the end was capable of evenly matching, some feel overmatching the JLA's "A" team.
> Subject17
See Konvict, except this guy falls faster than Konvict does, IMO.

> GL Hal
Solid mid-Herald.

> Flashes
> Barry
> Wally
Both are solid low-mid-Herald, IMO. Except that if they were written correctly, there are VERY few who could escape the effects of a properly executed Speed Force tricks. So w/o SpeedForce tricks, I'd say they are low Herald, with SpeedForce Tricks, prolly mid-upper Herald.

> Classic Juggernaut
High PM, low Herald at best. Dude can't fly, but is VERY hard to beat too. He would beat Hercules, who is a non-flyer but classically a PM.
> Ultraman
Not sure.
> Namor
Solid upper end Prime Meta.

Neither. Iron Mans tech is too limited while Dooms sorcery isn't quite Doctor Strange levels...

> Konvickt
> Subject17

Neither, though both Bubble under. Konvikt is still too mortal and i think to be a Heralder you need something else other than just hitting hard. Subjekt-17 however could potentially be a real Candidate for the post, he's still evolving and has a host of powers to call on. Give him another couple of appearances and he could be there, we just need to see more of what he can do.

He's bubbling under. I think he's still too mortal and his showings are played a little too low key right now.

> Flashes
> Barry
> Wally
Given the extent of their power I say yes. Nobody touches them in their field of expertise and the Speedforce allows for a lot of real versatility.

> Classic Juggernaut
Hmm, He straddles the line. It depends on what you call Herald - I say it takes a measure of differing powers and played at an extremely high level. Juggs is on the Edge.

> Ultraman
Yes, He's Herald.

> Namor
>
No, he has a fundamental problem in that he is powered by H2O and his power declines too rapidly. He just doesn't have that Uberness that says Herald.
