Can someone explain the last two pages for me?

1.) Wally's two children will inherit the Speed Force-- Jai being the archetypical "strongman", while Iris seems to be more energy-based. (According to Wiki, she has phasing powers?)

2.) Linda becomes Oracle at some point.

3.) Someone uses Barry's ring technology to store a Batman suit, much like Bart used his ring to summon his costume. Who could this be? How are they related to the Flash family?

Did I understand it right? Any additional info is much appreciated.
