Professor Zoom?

I mean there had to be a reason why the Black Flash that once went after Wally looked like the Flash if it wasn't someone who resembled the Flash, though I admit I thought it was like a reflection where Death can come in many forms and some thought it was the Endless one, but Zoom may perhaps be trying to come back like Bart did but needs a little help like having Barry take his place and probably tried to do the same with Wally when he was being chased by a Black Flash which was probably him.
