I've checked this as having "spoilers" in case someone's behind and hasn't seen the episode.

When Jessie meets Wally, did anyone notice her meta-human alarm went off? Twice, I think?

Is it possible Wally was in the city the night Barry became The Flash, was affected and made a potential meta, but maybe because he was young (or some other reason) he hasn't quite transitioned yet?
