Theoretically, yes. But I wouldn't count on things going this way if the Showrunners don't want it to. They are well known for breaking rules on a whim with little to no explanation because they are too lazy to think of a clever way around "Paradoxes" and their own rules they establish.

And besides, "Flashpoint" will only last a few episodes. So, I predict that once Barry learns his lesson (that he should have learned already!) that things will return back to the way things were before Flashpoint took place.

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?

Mostly agreeing with you.

I trying to guess what will be the ramifications of fixing the flashpoint (fixing his fix). There are changes when he travels in time. But now he's going back to the same time twice. Is he creating/re-creating Earth #? Is that how Supergirl joins his universe? Is he creating bridges between the earth?

Well, maybe one of those changes will mean that Eddie Thawne didn't kill himself to save Barry. That certainly would explain why and how Eobard Thawne is going to be a season regular on Legends of Tomorrow. Otherwise, if not, then Eobard Thawne will be the most annoying Paradox on that show....a walking, talking, dead man that shouldn't exist...

They already did that by turning him into a time-reminant.

By its nature The Flashpoint would have changed nearly everything. I imagine if The Reverse-Flash never killed Barry's Mother and spent the subsequent years in a cell then the Singularity that drew Zoom's attention to Earth-1 never occurs and Zoom's rampage on Earth-2 continues uninterrupted. I don't think it was ever clarified if he had access to other earth's but he did know of their existence, so perhaps his madness on Earth-2 carries on until he finally burns out... of course poor Jay Garrick will either be killed by the despairing Zoom or dies of starvation in the glass cage. Though on the other hand maybe Harrison Wells(2) is galvanised to develop the strategy that finally ends Zoom?

He did travel to other Earths thanks to the powerboost provided by the Velocity drug, hence him fighting Jay Garrick in the first place, but like you said, it was the Singularity which made him aware of Barry. Without knowing it would be sheer chance that Zoom would travel to Earth One given the infinite amounts of Parallel Universes.

Zoom would have been left to conquring all of the worlds in Multiverse, until he got to Kara one, and Supes and her would have kicked his butt!
