The moment he stepped out of that suit, I would have been on him like white on rice. Barry is such an idiot!

It's interesting that a hero/villain performs one amazing feat, or use a power they haven't used for 20+ years, and that automatically propels them to a high status despite scans and evidence to the contrary. I don't know what is worse, selective feat picking that has only been done once or twice 20, or more, years ago or ignoring evidence from scans or the lack thereof. We need to stop putting our favorite heroes/villains on pedestals and start putting them where they really belong. But it's evident that people never will because they would rather accuse others of cherry picking feats, when they don't, and being 'morally superior' when they aren't. I guess being honest and as fair as possible only opens one up to being the target of childish accusations and fault finding by those who insist on acting petty and childish. What happened to a good debate between two civil, mature, adults?

Even without armor Savitar is still a magnitude faster than the Flash.

I am more concerned with the whole timetravel plot really not making any sense at all.

Maybe. But we actually don't have any solid proof of that. But your probably right anyway.

It already doesn't make sense.

Why would Savitar go back in time to kill the woman he loves?

Why does he hate his past self?

Why inflict such pain on his friends?

Why mind control Julian and make him do terrible things as Dr. Alchemy?

What lead Savitar into becoming the way he is?

Why not kill Iris as a baby?

And that's just at the top of my head. This whole thing doesn't make a lick of sense to me.

Everything seems to locked in predestined fashion now, so Barry must undo his history going forward, so needs another Flash point!

Agreed. I was thinking the same thing. As of now, there is no evidence that Savitar Barry has any speed outside the suit. I did not see the "speedforce flash" in this eyes . . .

No, the history's changed now.

Barry of 2024 didn't know who Savitar was. 2017 Barry does. And Tracy Brand will almost certainly invent her Savitar-Stopper technology four years early.

No no, no he can't do that. It's professional courtesy to allow the super villain a brief 5 minute speech outlying his origin story, his machinations and his grievances followed by the typical question and answer period and then the hero's disapproval of being manipulated. Then and only then can fisticuffs begin.

In that case, Savitar wins. Iris has to die, Barry falls apart, disbands Team Flash and retires from public life for the next seven years.

Which means this series is the end of the show.

But as the showrunners have already promised us series 4, that's obviously not going to happen.

The 2024 we've been shown can't happen.

Somebody on the Green Arrow board suggested that they do a 7 year time jump on that show but said it would throw off the Flash cross-overs. I guess not, if they were to both jump ahead. He said Legends wouldn't be really effected (or is it affected) since they are a time travel show. Either way I hope that they don't go that route.
