Seriously, this was supposed to be a big week, we were supposed to learn something big about 42 and the 'traitor' was going to be revealed.

"Captain America's depleted forces have determined the secret of File 42, setting them on a last-ditch collision course with Iron Man and the Pro-Registration heroes!" - did I miss the secret? Punisher found the floor plans to the prison, that's it. Nothing sinister, nothing shocking. Namor on the alternate cover; he was in a few panels and apparently refused to take a side. The biggest surprise (which isnt much) was Hulkling impersonating Pym and releasing all the anti-reg heroes. I am going to pray that issue 7 is a great battle sequence to make up for this, and hopefully will make the scenes with Namor, Dr. Strange, and the Thor clone seem relevant. (hopefully by then the writers will realize that Mach IV and the Blizzard no longer have working costumes)

Frontline wasnt it's usual great read also. No real inside view of the CW, just a setup to what was supposed to be revealed this month. Sure, it looks like Tony Stark is up to no good, but we need someone to actually say it. None of the 'this confirms everything i've suspected about Stark all along' stuff. I was expecting a reveal from Stark himself, not suspicions and vague conclusions from the reporters (even though I have like how Sally and Ben have been written in Frontline). Once again, issue 11 needs to be good to make up for the questions that this left.

Also, the creation of Penance. It was good until the costume maker went into detail about the costume, I wish he had stopped after the first panel, way too much details, they should really save it for Thunderbolts.

As for Amazing Spiderman and Punisher, they added nothing to the story that you couldnt see from Civil War 6. Didnt care how well Punisher actually did working with the antis and the Cap/Spidey reunion. Dont even care about what will happen to MJ and May since once again, nothing important will happen that we'll care about until next issue.
