I am wondering if anyone blames Tony Stark at all for what happened to Captain America? I realize Both Cap and Stark escalated things WAY too much in C$ivil War. I am just thinking out loud an wondering what other fans think.

Not at all. I fail to see any relation between what Tony has done and Cap being in jail. Regardless of how many people see Tony as a douche or straight up villian now I don't think he can be blamed for Captain America's death.
