Tony Stark is not Skrull.
Neither is Jessica Drew.
She being Bendis' favorite, I can see him writing her as 'so good that she and Fury learned of, and stopped, the Skrull Queen plans of taking her place. Jessica is now using those same tactics to infiltrate the Skrulls. She's impersonating the queen impersonating Jessica Drew. (An Image-Inducer could probably fool a Skrull). Putting the Spy back in Spider-Woman.'
She's lying to Tony to see if he has indeed already been replaced. But I really think were about to witness her revealing the truth behind her facade once she's sure Tony is the real deal.

My first reaction when I read that scene was it made me think of Ally Sheedy's character in Breakfast Club (where she lies to the group about being a nympho then recants her story just to see the gangs reaction.)

I think youre right on target but im wondering about Echo. If Jessica is really Jessica and not a skrull, then did she really snap Echo's neck or was that just for show?

because he said in an interview that she is a skull and that he is sorry with Spiderwoman fans by do this. But even if Bendis didn't said that, there is evidence inside the story. I mean, why else could she has been talking to Cage's Avengers in front of Tony Stark most valuable and loyal employ: Jarvis (SI #1), and why was she shown in a secret meeting with Hank Pym, Jarvis and others known Skulls in NA? and also there is the fact that the Skulls have shown the ability to know when someone is or is not one of them.

Using the Eye Color Guide, Jessica had green eyes while Tony had blue. Interpret however you wish!

Much like the Morrison "Magneto is dead -> Xorn was Magneto all along" notion, I have no problem with the writer of a mystery deliberately misleading the reader so the denoument isn't ruined.
