1. is johnny Blaze once again bonded with the demon Zarathos or is the spirit that has bonded with him in the new ghost rider series a different demon?

2. also, if the demon in the new Ghost Rider series is in fact Zarathos, when did he rebond with Johnny Blaze?

3. was the demon in the Ghost Rider Hammer Lane Mini-series Zarathos too?

4. and final question: were the events that happened in the Hammer Lane Series retconned or are they still in the marvel 616 continuity?
