I don't mean they are necessarily Skrulls. I am thinking about characters like the Vision and Annhilus. IIRC, the current Vision or one that was current was really the Vision's programming downloaded into Iron Lad's armor. The true Vision was destroyed in Disassembled beyond repair.

Annhilus was at some point killed, but created a copy with genetic memory. So while the first Annhilus remains dead he can in a sense stay alive through genetic memory, but technically it is a separate, new being.

Wasn't Tony Stark also one time killed and the current one is actually some alternate, younger version of him that had the original Tony's memories "merged" with him and aged to the proper age?

I think Kang also falls into this category since he has been killed several times, but due to all of his time traveling a new one is always ready to pop up.

Any others?

The Swordsman was killed in the 70's and then was replaced/brought back by introducing an alternative version during the Proctor and the Gatherers story in the 90's. All this happened in the Avengers of course.

his astral spirit was torn apart and killed. But his blood has the ability to form copies of itself and rewrite genetic material with his dna codes and memory.

granted they are in different bodies, but their bodies are the same.

What I was looking are those that both their bodies and minds/spirits are different.

It's less "copies" and more "regenerative powers to the ultimate degree" that he can re-grow his entire body from as little as one drop of blood, and it's presented in such a way that it's not the first time it's happened to him, and he's still the same Apocalypse, and Cable's attack on his astral spirit retroactively becomes "yeah, Cable thought this killed him, but it clearly didn't."
