Wow.. I had no idea he was fighting cancer. Horrible, just horrible. 37 years young..

A nice write up at CBR

Whatever opinions I had about his art style, his interviews always gave me the impression of a nice, energetic, hard-working guy who really cared about his work and loved comics. I'd read of his struggles with cancer before, and while it is incredibly tragic that the disease took him from the world, he also should be lauded for fighting it this long. This is a tragedy, and Michael Turner will be missed.
