This guy deserves to be brought back. He obviously didn't die in AF #130.Why should Marvel invent new ex-Nazi super-villains like that Baron guy in The Initiative when we've got 'people' like Brain Drain in Limbo?

Personally,I'd love to see BD as part of a new Headmen comprised of him,Arnim Zola,Dr.Sun,MODAM,and Headlok.

If anybody from Marvel is reading this,PLEASE use Brain Drain in a story!
