Has anyone heard if the upcoming Captain Britain Omnibus is going to include the text pages that appeared in the Delano and Davis b&w Captain Britain comic from 1985? I'm particularly interested in the piece that Grant Morrison wrote, it's been years since I've read it and I have no idea which box my original might be in these days.

I mean, hell, I'm picking the Omnibus up whenever the heck it ships, anyway, but knowing it's that detailed would be fantastic.

Hopefully they're included. And hopefully, the book ships this month instead of being delayed again.

I would assume they're not included, though would certainly be pleased if they were.

I think it's terrible for Marvel to make the Moore material only available for $100 price tag.

All the Moore material has been available for ages as a reasonably priced TPB. Now if you were talking about the Dave Thorpe run at the beginning, then you've got grounds.

If you are referring to the 2002 tpb, I beleive it's been out of print for a while. So new copies are going to be somewhat more expensive than the original price. Panini reprinted the stories a few years ago in Europe, but they've mostly been sold out as well. Of course you could always get a used copy.

So now, if you want to buy those stories in a new tpb, you have to get this omnibus.

The most recent updated solicit at Amazon.com is listing an August ship date. Anyone know what the continual delays are about?
