For real, will Marvel ever release paperback and hardcover collections from the era when Norman Osborn assumed a full time Lex Luthor-like role with a decoy Green Goblin ? I know that I've posted this before, but with Marvel finally releasing the complete Clone Saga epic in paperback, now is also a good time to release the following stories in graphic novel form: "Spiderhunt", "Goblins At The Gate", a reprint of "Identity Crisis"(yes, it has already been released as a graphic novel), "The Final Chapter", "The Gathering Of Five", and especially that HUGE story that not only featured the debut of Alyosha Kravinoff and Flash Thompson's Alcohol Addiction, but NORMAN OSBORN'S RISE TO POWER(In Spectacular Spider-Man Volume 1 Issue #250, complete with the gatefold cover drawn by John Romita Jr.)Marvel desperately needs to release that era of Spidey Comics. It Kicked Butt !!!! Anyways, post your thoughts.

Actually, no, they didn't. As has been said on here what must be thousands of times now, all continuity except the wedding day itself remains intact, with Peter and Mary Jane as a couple but not married. It's really not that difficult to understand, and yet the barrage of misinformation from the anti-BND crowd just keeps up. If you don't like the books and don't want to read them, fine. Obviously that's your perogative. But enough with making stuff up out of thin air. I too own all those issues, as I've been reading since the early '90's, and I still remember and occasionally look back through them fondly. Nothing has been erased except for what I said before.

Thats my favorite era of Spidey. All the stuff from the end of the clone saga to right before The Gathering of the Five. Great stuff.

I found one of the main theme's of that continuity to be the 2 togather after the loss of May after revolations. Aspecially after Norman's return, that has always haunted Peter and is what made him such a top stand out villian because of how personal his battle with Spider-Man was, beyond Gwen's death long ago. But after BND, one of Joe Q's cherry on top was not only undoing their marriage and strong relationship togather but never having mj pregnant since that aged Peter further.
