Liked seeing how Felicia meets and hobnobs and gains trust of new supervillain associates - even though this was basically a reader's refresher course on Star and Overtime. With this installment, one might infer, how she 'sweet-talked' and dominated the NYC underworld during her despised and debatable stint as (a kinder, gentler) 'kingpin' of NYC. The cover was grabber gorgeous - even though the inside art was just okay.
