I came into the "Superior Spider-Man" run a little late, but really enjoyed it. I went back this weekend and picked up Amazing #698, and the Spider-Man/Doc Ock mind-swap had already happened. Does it happen in #697? Do we see it happen, or is it just implied?

Also, I see that in addition to #699 and #700, there's 699.1, 700.1, 700.2, etc... If all I'm interested in is the lead up to "Superior", do I want to pick up the .1, .2 issues?
