Well boys and girls I have a question about the recent Crisis, you see I been reading everything DC to catch up in Superman and I got confused, did the recent crisis reset Superman history? I mean it looks like Superman had Krypto since his childhood but I thought he came from the Phantom zone when he “returned to Krypton” or am I wrong?

Could someone try to explain it to me?
