Who said, "Hey, let's make an action figure of Supergirl's corpse!"?

And more importantly, who said, "Great idea!"? o_O

"Yipee! I'm dead! Now I'll never be rebooted as a tarted-up tweenager in skimpy clothes and flashing my underwear in every panel!"

D'oh.

Maybe those not familiar with her fate in Crisis#7 will just think its a Superguy carrying a Supergirl over the Honeymoon Threshold. ;\)

Geez... is Batman carrying the blown-up Jason Todd Robin next?

I don't think Batman will be smiling, though. Isn't he too "kewl" to be smiling anymore?

I know the image is considered a D.C. milestone but-

-one with Kara taking it to the Anti-Monitor would be better-to me its also the thing I remember most about that issue.

The Amazing Criswell she sure wasn't. ;\-\)

Wow, that's just tacky. DC and Mattel have hit a new low.

I like these. They look much better than the ones released in the Crisis on Infinite Earths from DC Direct, which I didn't like at all.
I hope they also release some of Lady Quark, Lord Volt,Princess Liana, Pariah, Dr Light, Kal-L, Alex Luthor (the version from this saga, instead of the later "Infinite Crisis"), a better designed Harbinger, who I'd also like to see in both versions, in armor and purple dress.

Half the kids reading Superman/Supergirl wouldn't even know what these statues meant. "Supergirl's dead? I just read her comic book!"
