Hey, maybe they could get Hulk of World War Hulk to appear in the pages of Thor comics - you know to improve WWH's ratings and introduce it to a LARGER AUDIENCE!!

Lord Majestros:
He's gloating that "Thor" #1 outsold any of the books associated with the WWH crossover. He's also saying that the Hulk stuff might sell better if Hulk appears in "Thor" and thus is introduced to more people since more people bought the book Thor was in than any of the ones Hulk was in. Therefore, by appearing in a more popular book, Hulk might attract more people to his own stuff. My guess is that the sarcasm is directed at Hulk fans that have been talking about how well WWH has sold (some of the issues at least).

Well, given the fact we've had 'Drive-By' Hulk fans come by and thinly insult us, I'd have to say it's a bit of poetic justice.

But yeah, thanks for clearing that up for me. My sarcasm-o-meter must be broken today. D=

So Thor could get canceled again for not having any stories that really mattered.

I agree. It's like really bad movies that make $Gazzillions$ the weekend they open then never make another dollar. No legs. I think issues 1 - 5 maybe 7 will run on pure hype. After that the book is going to have to show that the writing/story telling and are worth being in the top ten.

Gotta have legs. But I am looking forward to seeing where the book goes. He says he has a year's worth of stories. That's 12 issues.

So we'll see.

just becasue something sells out does not make it the number one book that month. Nova sold out its first two or so issues too and ranked up there but was not one. The new beginning always gets you a boost. Its sustaining it thats the trick. If Thor can remain in the top 30 its a major achievment.

That way it gives the Marketing department something to brag about.
