Subj: Thunder God as he was known by mortal men
Posted: Tue Mar 30, 2010 at 06:16:09 pm EDT (Viewed 165 times)

Hail to all of you, my fellow thunderers.

I've been a board lurker for almost 8 years now, and a fan of the Thunder God more than three score of that period.

I know our hero has not been given much love of late, and his depictions in the latest Seige and (heaven forbids) the one-shot Hulk (whatever that was) was not all too flattering.

But to revive and inspire a bit of the awe we have in the Odinson, (which unfortunately some at Marvel apparently would like to deny us), may I refer you to a depiction of the Thunder God as he was really seen by the eyes of mortal men: http://www.history.com/shows/clash-of-the-gods/videos#thor-and-the-fall-of-paganism

Cheers and keep the faith.
