As far as current circumstances can tell, there are no Avengers left. Cap's team is the Secret Avengers, but that's not an official title.

I'd like to see Cap's Secret Avengers become the New Avengers, at least the most prominent of them such as Hercules, Falcon, Cage, Iron Fist/Daredevil etc.
