If Clint Barton, the Ex-Hawkeye is the one who is the new Ronin, then how did he join them? How did the New Avengers talk him into joining them? No idea what his thoughts on the whole Civil War and the SHRA thing, but I'm not sure if he would join a group who is on the run and they are not the Avengers he know. I see him staying with the ones he knows and have been friends with for so long.

I like to know what reasons and how and why Clint would join them and be the new Ronin and fight with them while hiding from his long-time friends and be on the run from them. Clint doesn't know any of the members of New Avengers, but he does know the ones on Mighty Avengers and he seems likely to join them. I think it would be okay if Ronin turns out to be Clint Barton, but I can't see how he would end up with them. If Clint is coming back soon, I see him taking over the role of Captain America, not taking over the role of Ronin. He seems likely to choose his old friends, not choose a group he doesn't know.

Anything is possible, given how characters have acted over the last year - but having to guess, as I do, I would say that Clint is going to return soon and he'll still be Hawkeye. He doesn't know the Young Avenger - at least not yet - so it's his name.
I can see him on New Avengers. He's always sided with the questionable characters and underdogs. Even at the expense of his own criminal record. He's always been a critic of Starks and if anyone blames Stark for Cap's death, it'll be Hawkeye. No way - unless characterization is completely disregarded should he join a team that Iron Man is on, and I think that includes registration as a whole.
I just don't see him as Ronin though. Swords and ninja stealth just aren't his bag. I can't see him even dreaming of donning Cap's costume. He'd likely say NOBODY gets to succeed Cap. Hawkeye may be decent with weapons as an archer, but I dont see him (barring any as-yet-untold retcon or "training all this time he's been away" revamp) using swords over his preferred mode of attack.

Wanna know who Ronin is? Scour over Bendis' Daredevil or Pulse or Alias work. The answer is likely in there somewhere. It's probably someone obscure.
