Okay, I'm lagging a few years behind the curve here, but I just recently got around to reading the "Disassembled" issues that wrapped up the old Avengers title. I've got a quick question -- at one point, Bendis writes "it is the darkest day in Avengers history" or words to that effect. Can anyone think of any other good contenders for "darkest day in Avengers history"?

(I'm still partial to "Avengers #200" from around 1980 as their worst day ever.)

When MOE reeeeally hurt Jarvis and Herc taking over the mansion.
When Magneto turned Wanda 'evil' in WCA.
When Hank lost it and was later kicked out.
When the team split deciding Supreme Intelligence's fate.
When Korvac killed everyone but Thor and Moony.
When the Kree fought the Skrull in that OTHER War.
When Tony killed Marilla and YJ.
When Widow killed Jarvis ( I still have to read that! )
When Cap was shot by that Assassin's bullet ( kidding! hated that story )
When Hawkeye quit, ya know - that one time...
