She had an eariler breakdown during the Avengers West Coast days. Simon could have been refering to that one. Does he specifically say that she killed Ant-Man, Jack of Hearts or Vision in the story you refer to?

Doesn't list them by name, but does refer to her killing people. And why would Simon and his agent be talking about her WCA breakdown as if it were a recent event?
