...if the post-Disassembled Hawkeye still buys into the whole "Avengers don't kill" idea, he's going to steer very, very clear from anything having to do with the Initiative. In West Coast Avengers, Englehart made this a vital part of his character that I'd hate to see disappear, and Busiek reinforced it in Avengers Forever. Meanwhile, the Initiative (and, by proxy, Mighty Avengers) have no problem killing off dozens of Hydra agents. Unless Disassembled and House of M rejiggered his moral code, Hawkeye wouldn't have it.
