I'm not sure about Luke, but I'd say Danny is in his early-30s. K'un-L'un reappears every 10 years. Danny was 9 when he first entered K'un-L'un. He was 19 when he left to track down Meachum. I'm pretty sure he was 29 when he went back to K'un-L'un and was replaced by a plant (that later died). It's been a while since then, so...

I dunno... it's kind of hard to fit this within the 13 year history of the Marvel Universe.
