Anyway, which writer has had the best run on the Avengers, or which particular era was the best in your opinion?

What did you think of Busiek's run on Volume 3?
Was Geoff Johns a worthy successor?
What do you think of Bendis' work on New Avengers?

Roger Stern's stands above the rest for me.

Corny and cliche stories with great art.

I kinda liked his stuff.

The stories are okay, I'm just not fond of most of the B-list characters
