'Runs' as in a run on the title rather than what happens when you eat too much curry.

Anyway, which writer has had the best run on the Avengers, or which particular era was the best in your opinion?

What did you think of Busiek's run on Volume 3?
Was Geoff Johns a worthy successor?
What do you think of Bendis' work on New Avengers?

My faourite run is the Roger Stern era during most of the 80's

KurtBusiek and George Perez run would be second for me.
