> Just getting into Irredeemable Ant-Man run - and it's good stuff! It's the little things (yup, that's right). An iredeemable protagonist. The portrayal of Pym. Daily routine of SHIELD agents. Poker chats. Costume upgrades. Punching a jugular. Ant races. The Wolverine/HYDRA cameo crossover (yup, that's right). Ant-man vs Ant-man. > > Odd that Maria Hill could/would authorize Mitch to run around with half a face not healed but then again NYC is used to it. > Odd that SHIELD agents have not seen Nick Fury but then again the last MA ish had agents unaware of who the ranking officer was when Hill went down. > Odd that Pym designed the new Ant-man suit with middle arms similar to Stark's suit for Spider-man but then again the two are were buddy buddy before Stamford. > Odd that Eric has evaded capture so long given his impersonation of an Avenger, the capability of SHIELD, and the his inexperience(after 6 months MU time?) but then again I've read 2,4,5& 6 so far (8 just came out, right?) and my have the time frame of his origin wrong. > > Anyways, the series is still worth reading. With fine Avengers touches so far. The ending to #6 was fun with Ant-man simply 'checking out' and critique of Carol Danvers. It's the little things ![]() The Irredeemable Ant-Man is one of my favorite comics out right now. I only wish that they would have had a more realistic artists when Caron Danvers was involved. I hate seeing such a stunning character as Ms. Marvel drawn in a cartoon fashion. | |||||||
