Well, the only Quinjet toy I know of was the one released for the animated series, and your best chances of finding it are ebay or some comic book shop that may still have one in stock after 7 years of being released.

It's not even called a Quinjet but it does have some cool features. The wings detach and can be used as a glider for one of the associated figures. Also, it fires 3 projectiles and the central one is like no other missile I've ever seen. A metallic coil that compresses into a tight spiral looking like a sewing measuring tape that has been wound up provides the propulsion. The other two are the traditional plastic stick type things. The wings have two bombs that eject with buttons. Yes, I own one.
