It's a possibility that only the Beyonder appeared that issue and 'nothing' happened:

Since it concluded 'all in his mind's eye' - it might actually be just that until it is subsequently footnoted to the contrary. It would be a shame to pay for all that story and not maybe have one of the 5 involved too, so, maybe Xavier was the only other one 'there' and imagined the adventure with the Beyonder. After thinking about it, he'd be a better choice than Dr.Strange suggested in my DefMB post 'cuz Xavier was there at the opening and narrated about the mind believing he could've prevented Secret Wars -plus he got the Mind Gem last ish.

It seemed off Namor speaking for Black Bolt and saying 'quite an %^$#ing idiot'.
It seemed off that Bolt would not know ALL his subjects (even if it's 1000, I imagine him the type to know names).
It seemed off that Reed was more perplexed about the situation than the others.
And now that I think about it, when has Strange showed a lust for Wanda or a threesome?
