Ok, I'm going to try and set a roster for this movie, although it's hard to keep straight what Marvel does or doesn't have in development.
Founders:
Wasp
Giant-Man
Hawkeye
Vision
Hercules
Scarlet Witch
Pulsar
I would probably also include Rick Jones (since he got left out of the Hulk movie) and make Kang the bad guy.

Hmmm.... I'd have to go with the following roster:
1) Wasp - Sarah Michelle Gellar
2) Hank Pym - Aaron Eckhart
3) Hawkeye - Ryan Reynolds
4) Vision - CGI with voice of
5) Scarlet Witch - Rachel Weiss
6) Wonder Man - ???
7) Quicksilver - James Franco
Villain = ULTRON. The creation of Hank Pym gains evil sentience and kidnaps Pym's teammate Wonder Man, using his brainwaves to create the Vision. Vision joins as Wonder Man's replacement set to betray the team. Hawkeye lusts for Wanda but she is drawn to the Vision. Quicksilver is the protective brother, Jan worries about Hank's mental stability, etc. etc. Wonder Man returns only to sacrifice himself to save the team.
